How do I use my electronic tickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take with you when you visit in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a Electronic Ticket containing a barcode and booking reference number.  Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.

I don't have a printer...

You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID.

Is Santa's Grotto an individual or group event?

Each booking for Santa's Grotto is an exclusive experience just for your group. You can bring up to 3 children, who must be supervised by an appropriate adult. For the best experience, we recommend no more than 3 adults join the children in the grotto. 

I have large group I would like to book, but group numbers are limited?

Each group size is limited to suit the grotto’s capacity. If you can’t book the desired number of places, please book a second group ticket for another session. If you have any particular group requirements, please email events@oaktreegardencentre.com, and we will try to fulfil them.

Can you take your own photos?

During your visit you are welcome to take your own pictures of your children.

What age group are these experiences best suited to?

Santa Grotto is ideal for children under the age of 10, but all are welcome!

Are Babies free?

Non-participating Infants under 12 months may visit for free as part of a paying group. However, should you like the infant to receive a gift you will need to purchase a standard ticket.

Book in advance?

We strongly recommend you book well in advance to avoid disappointment, this can be done online, by calling 01344 578 333 or in person. Please note online tickets must be purchased at least the day before.

On the day tickets?

There will be a limited number of time slots available on the day, however if travelling a distance, we recommend you call in advance to check the availability. Call 01344 578 333

Changing your booking?

Please visit or call 01344 578 333 to change your booking time (subject to availability).

Can I cancel my booking?

Unfortunately, once booked it is not possible to refund although we will do our best to change your time slot. Please visit the garden centre or call 01344 578 333 (subject to availability).

When should we arrive?

You will need to arrive at least 10 minutes in advance.
