How do I use my electronic tickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take with you when you visit in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a Electronic Ticket containing a barcode and booking reference number.  Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.

I don't have a printer...

You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID.

Will there be other groups?

All sessions include other family groups when visiting Mother Christmas and the Reindeer however each group will visit Santa in his Grotto with their party only.

I have large group I would like to book, but group numbers are limited?

Each group size is limited to suit the grotto’s capacity, if you can’t book the desired number of places please book a second group ticket for the same session. If you have any particular group requirements, please email events@oaktreegardencentre.com and we will try to fulfil your requirements.

Can you take your own photos?

During your visit you are welcome to take your own pictures of your children in the Christmas Wonderland, however we ask that you do not take photos in the Grotto. You will be able to purchase a professional photo from the Grotto after your visit.

What age group are these experiences best suited to?

Santa Grotto and Christmas experience will last up to 50 minutes is ideal for children under the age of 10, but all are welcome!

If your child would benefit from a shorter and quieter experience, the Santa’s Early Bird Grotto Experience lasts up to 15 minutes and includes the same Grotto visit and meeting the reindeer.

Can I book just a Santa Grotto visit without the other activities?

No, at this moment we are only offering full experiences as listed. 

What is the Breakfast Menu?

A cooked english breakfast will be served. Example: Child: sausage, scrambled egg, beans, hash brown, toast & juice.  Adult: Sausage, 2x bacon, scrambled eggs, tomato, toast and tea or coffee. There is also a Vegetarian option TBA. ( Exact menu and portions maybe subject to change)

Gluten Free And Vegetarian Options Are Available But All Special Dietary Requests Must Be Made At The Time Of Booking And Cannot Be Changed On Day Of Event

·         Vegatarian Option On Kids Tea – Vegetarian Sausages

·         Vegetarian And Gluten Free Pie Option On Adult Tea – Goats Cheese, Sweet Potato, Spinach And Red Onion

Are Babies free?

Non-participating Infants under 12 months may visit for free as part of a paying group. However, should you like the infant to receive a gift you will need to purchase a standard ticket.

Book in advance?

We strongly recommend you book well in advance to avoid disappointment, this can be done online, by calling 01344 890 667 or in person. Please note online tickets must be purchased at least the day before.

On the day tickets?

There will be a limited number of time slots available on the day, however if travelling a distance, we recommend you call in advance to check the availability.

Changing your booking?

Please visit or call 01344 890 667 to change your booking time (subject to availability).

Can I cancel my booking?

Unfortunately, once booked it is not possible to refund although we will do our best to change your time slot. Please visit the garden centre or call 01344 890 667 (subject to availability).

When should we arrive?

You will need to arrive at least 10 minutes in advance.
